Once they saw the amount of stuff I had they changed the estimated quote they gave me on the phone to charge $10 LESS! Who has heard of that??? And a small thing but big to me - I could not remove a screw on my deck siding to get my flag off the post and when I asked if they could take a second to turn the screw so I could remove it - they happily got a tool from their truck to help me. ”I had furniture delivered from MA to Maine and the moving company was a complete disaster. They showed up, unannounced, 2 hours earlier than scheduled (before I got to the house). They refused to wait and left my furniture on the lawn. The Dump Guy team, which I had hired to remove my old furniture, was also running early, but they called to let me know, and cheerfully waited until I got to the house. In addition to removing my old furniture, they moved my new furniture into the house for me and refused to accept any payment for the added service. They not only provided stellar service, but they undid all of the damage from the horrible service provider that preceded them! I wish I could hire this company for everything - they're unbelievable.”
